At Ansari Cosmetic, we are a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale supplier serving customers worldwide. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
All orders placed with Ansari Cosmetic are final. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
No Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Customs delays or import-related issues

Refused or unclaimed shipments
No Refunds
We do not issue refunds once an order has been confirmed, processed, or shipped.
Shipping Responsibility
All shipping, freight, insurance (if requested), customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, handling charges, and any other shipping-related costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The buyer assumes responsibility for the products once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
International Orders
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products comply with all import laws, regulations, and requirements of the destination country. Ansari Cosmetic is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, confiscation of goods, or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled if Ansari Cosmetic provides written confirmation that processing has not yet begun. Once an order has entered production, packing, or shipment, it cannot be cancelled.
